Ivy Fredrick is a Hillsboro-based artist living with her husband Fredrick and their dog Kulfi. She loves telling stories to her audience through her paintings. She works mainly with acrylic, digital, and oil paint.
She was born in India; the rich cultural tapestry of India serves as a boundless source of inspiration for her work. She has honed her skills, embracing various styles and techniques reflecting India’s vibrant culture. She loves to recollect and capture her childhood memories, merging a thousand frames into one. Ivy’s art style has been described as intense, reflecting real-world scenarios. She is currently working on a series of paintings with muted tones and looking forward to exciting times with Sequoia Gallery.

Ivy Fredrick loves telling stories through her art and strives to capture this wonderful world's sublime things. Painting is her comfort and brings happiness, enabling her to capture her fondest memories and appreciate the beauty of all human and animal life—the beauty of the everyday.
Fredrick introduces the audience to the emotions and beauty of daily life. Her art pieces also reflect her childhood memories in India, a country that is rich & vibrant in culture.
Fredrick chose oil and acrylic painting as her primary medium because it allows her to capture the colors she sees around her in all its depth. Fredrick also works with digital art. This enables her to experiment with a variety of mediums. It also allows her to develop better and learn different techniques.
It is Fredrick’s sincere hope her art comforts others; as it awakens them to the beauty and joy surrounding the everyday.
