Hello reader,
As we edit the August Issue of the Sequoia ArtNews, we are still in the middle of our July heatwave. It is hard to imagine that cooler days are right around the corner. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the temperature is a little more tolerable by the time the August First Tuesday Art Walk arrives in downtown Hillsboro. But, regardless, we have an air-conditioned gallery, reception hall and studios that will be open and ready to help you cool down. Come mingle with local art lovers and enjoy a brand new exhibition.

Be sure to scroll down to see the many art events coming soon: Plein Air 2018, a Pop-up artmaking event with Dawning McGinnis, Silk Painting with Cheryl Cameron, Watercolor classes with Laura Hopper and Yong Hong Zhong, and plenty of Paint Parties!
