What could be better than combining art with your favorite friends from the garden?  In this class, you’ll learn and practice simple and effective techniques to capture plants and plant parts in graphite.  The class is great for anyone just starting out or for those looking to practice and improve their drawing skills in a fun and collaborative studio setting.

Required Materials:
Artist grade graphite pencils (HB, 2B, 4B, 6B), Strathmore 400 80lb drawing paper (9×12 or larger), exacto knife, drawing board, kneaded eraser.

Optional Materials:
Tortillion, paper stub, chamois cloth, paper towels (Brawny), q-tip, tracing paper, Tuff Stuff eraser.

We are excited to have David Sandrock, PhD, Landscape Technology Program – Department Chair at Portland Community College teach this class.
The class is limited to 12, and will fill up fast.  Sorry, this class is full!
